These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ryansfoods.co.ke and any orders you place with Ryan's Nutrifoods Kenya ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Products
Ryan's Instant Uji Mix is a KEBS-certified, pre-cooked porridge flour produced in Kenya. We sell it in 250g and 500g packs through our website, WhatsApp, retail outlets, and authorised online platforms (e.g., Tushop).
2. Pricing
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout or order confirmation.
3. Orders
- Orders are placed through WhatsApp, retail outlets, or our partner platforms.
- An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from our team.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of: out of stock, payment issues, suspected fraud, or delivery to an unreachable area.
4. Delivery
- Delivery times vary by location. We will provide estimated delivery times at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery charges (where applicable) are quoted at order confirmation.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to your specified address.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- M-Pesa
- Cash on delivery (where available)
- Tushop platform payments (subject to their terms)

7. Product Information & Allergens
Ryan's Instant Uji Mix contains soybeans, a common allergen. Always check the pack ingredients list before consuming. While we strive to provide accurate nutritional and ingredient information, please consult a healthcare provider if you have specific dietary concerns or allergies.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and product designs — is the property of Ryansnutrifoods Kenya or licensed to us, and is protected under Kenyan and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
9. User Conduct

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Ryansnutrifoods Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order.
