Add the mix

Add 3-4 tablespoons of Ryan's into a cup. Sweeten with 1 teaspoon of sugar if desired.

Step 2

Form a smooth paste

Add ½ cup cold water or milk. Stir well, a fork works best, until smooth and lump-free.

Step 3

Add hot liquid

Gradually pour in cold or hot water or milk while stirring to your desired consistency. Serve cold or warm and enjoy.

Step 4 — Optional

Heat & serve hot

Microwave 1-2 min or heat in a sufuria on medium heat for a piping hot bowl.

Chef's tip: For a creamier porridge, use milk instead of water. Use a fork when forming the paste for smoother mixing.
