Ryans instant uji mix recipe


1. Mix 3-4 tablespoons
flour in a cup/bowl (250ml) + at least 1 teaspoon Sugar (optional).

2. Add ½ cup cold water/ milk. Stir to form a soft paste.(slurry)

3. Gently add hot water/milk a little at a time as you stir to your desired consistency. ​

Microwave or heat
in a sufuria for a hotter porridge

  • 3-4 tablespoons of Ryans instant uji -mix in a cup.
  • Add atleast 1 teaspoon sugar(optional)
  • Add cold water/ milk to and stir to your desired consistency.
  • Using a microwave safe bowl warm for 2 mins or pour in a sufuria(pot) and warm for 2 minutes.
