Step by Step

Quality at every stage

1

Raw Material Sourcing

We source maize, sorghum, soy and orange sweet potato from local smallholder farmers — supporting Kenyan agriculture at every purchase.

2

Cleaning & Sorting

All grains undergo rigorous cleaning and sorting to remove impurities before processing begins. Only the best ingredients move forward.

3

Pre-cooking

The grains are pre-cooked using a controlled process that locks in nutrients — iron, protein and Vitamin A — while making them instant-ready.

4

Milling & Blending

Pre-cooked grains are milled to a fine, consistent flour and blended in precise ratios for optimal nutrition and taste in every pack.

5

Quality Control

Every batch is tested at KIRDI against KEBS standards. Our Quality Manager oversees all processes from raw material to final product.

6

Packaging & Dispatch

The finished flour is weighed, sealed and labelled in 250g and 500g packs, then dispatched to stockists and customers across Kenya.
